Chris Hemsworth is Thor

Chris Hemsworth, who played George Kirk in JJ Abrams’ new Star Trek reboot, has reportedly been cast as Thor.  He landed the role after reading for the part a second time.  The 6′ 3″  Aussie actor will also play the lead in the upcoming Red Dawn remake.  Marvel Pictures’ Thor will begin shooting next year for a release date in 2011.SEED Launch - ArrivalsPremiere Of Paramounts Star Trek - Arrivals

      Please let at least one superhero storyline, remain true to the original plot of the comics . I know they are trying to appeal to the new generation, but us old folks need a feeling of belonging too.
