There’s a new Stephen King TV project starting this Friday on Syfy. “Haven“, based on the King short story “The Colorado Kid” wasn’t adapted as a mini-series as several previous Stephen King stories have been. This will be a full-fledged series. Haven is a small town in Maine where people with supernatural abilities go because it mutes their powers so they can lead normal lives. But then, an FBI agent shows up to investigate a murder…
Haven premieres Friday, July 9 at 10/9c.
In other Stephen King movie news, an interview with David Kajganich has surfaced in which he discusses writing the screenplays for the remakes of both “It” and “Pet Sematary“.
