“Panzer 88″ is a new independent film that should start filming this winter. WETA in New Zealand is handling the special effects. The director, Peter Briggs, says “We’re aiming to do for the tank genre what Hunt For Red October and Crimson Tide did for submarine flicks. Only, with a supernatural twist.”

Concept art, presumably from the new Captain America movie, has appeared on the web. Since it seems to match a description of the Captain America suit that came to light yesterday from a different source, we feel pretty sure this is the way Cap will be presented in the movie.
